How long does my order take?

Mini flat iron: ships from California in 1 business day and arrives in 3 to 6 business days.
Serum: we prepare it in 1 to 3 business days and shipping takes 5 to 8 business days.
If you order both, they may arrive in separate packages. When your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free to the entire United States. For now we only ship within the United States.

How do I use the mini flat iron?

Plug it in and wait about 30 seconds. To straighten, slide it straight down a dry section of hair. To make waves, close it near the root, twist it half a turn and slide it slowly toward the ends. Always use it on dry hair.

How do I use the Copper Peptide Hair Serum?

After washing your hair, towel-dry it until it's half damp. Apply an appropriate amount directly on the scalp and gently massage with your fingertips.

Is the serum safe for my skin?

It is for external use only. Do a patch test on a small area of skin before first use and stop using it if irritation appears. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to a health professional before using it.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return of unopened, unused products in their original packaging. If your product arrived damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send you a replacement or a full refund.
